The app runs open source models entirely on your device. Your conversations, documents, projects and settings are stored locally on your machine and are never transmitted to us or to anyone else.
WeBuild-AI Limited values your privacy. This policy describes how the Pathway Lite app treats your data, and the very limited circumstances in which we handle personal information at all. It is written to comply with the UK GDPR, the Data Protection Act 2018 and, where relevant, the EU GDPR.
This policy applies to the Pathway Lite app distributed on the Apple App Store. It does not cover third-party services that you may choose to use alongside the app.
We collect no personal data through Pathway Lite. All inference happens locally on your device. There is no account to create, no login, and no telemetry. The only network activity the app performs is downloading the open source models you choose to install, directly from Hugging Face.
Because we do not receive any of your data, there is nothing for us to retain or delete. Everything the app generates or stores lives on your device and is under your control. Uninstalling the app removes it.
Pathway Lite collects no personal data from anyone, including children. The app is not directed at children, and no account or profile is created for any user.

If we ever change how the app handles data, we will update this policy and change the date at the top. Material changes will also be highlighted in the app release notes.
If you have a concern about how your data has been handled, UK users may contact the Information Commissioner's Office. Users in the European Economic Area may contact their local data protection authority.
